An outstanding and highly prestigious independent school is seeking a motivated, driven, and friendly IT Support Technician to join their growing team, based near Pinner in northwest London.
You will be required to be onsite 5 days a week for this role - please note that this role is a hybrid IT Support/AV Technician position, so you will never be short of work to do and will have plenty of opportunities to build your technical skillset!
Working in a team with 8 other I.T professionals, you will be responsible for supporting up to 1,500 users onsite. You will have experience in supporting users within a Windows environment, have proven MS365 experience, and have previously used ticketing systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for carrying out AV equipment support and supporting out-of-hours events with AV equipment. You will be responsible for all AV equipment, sound design, audio consoles, video cameras, projectors, microphones, recordings, and editing content.
