This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and outgoing 1^st & 2^nd line IT Support Analyst to take a newly created IT support role within a multi-site charity in the Basildon area of Essex.

The ideal IT Support Analyst candidate will have a proven track record supporting the standard Microsoft stack – Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP. Further skills with PC’s, laptops, printers, and telephone systems will be highly beneficial.

In addition to solid 1^st & 2^nd line IT support skills you will have excellent communication skills and enjoy dealing with users of all IT levels. Working with the IT Manager you will mainly provide BAU support but also get involved in any upgrade, rollout and refresh projects.

You will be responsible for supporting circa 150 users across 4 sites in the Basildon area, and thus you will need your own transport for this position.

In return for hard work and dedication my client will match your skill set with a salary of £23,000 + benefits.
