A highly successful business based in Crawley, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their small IT team to support around 205 users.
Working in a friendly and supportive team, you will be the primary contact for hardware, software and network support and provide tech support to employees internally and at remote site offices.
To be considered you will need to have previously worked at a 2nd line IT support level, ideally as a Desktop Support, IT Support Analyst or IT Support Engineer and have a range of skills.

- An understanding of virtualisation
Although not essential, any Server experience and/or CCNA certification, would be considered highly advantageous. In addition you will need to have excellent customer service skills and a passion for building a career within IT.
