A highly successful, rapidly growing software house based in the heart of Central London is looking for an experienced IT Support Manager to join its talented team. They offer a hybrid working environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an IT Manager or Service Delivery Manager, with excellent interpersonal skills, and be IT literate. You’ll ensure the smooth running of daily operations, manage their established IT Support Team, act as an escalation point, and provide support for their software and hardware platforms. You will also be responsible for analysing business processes and recommending new approaches.
In order to be considered, you must have experience with the following:

Hands-on leadership experience with managing IT teams

Experience with assisting, developing, and managing IT policies/procedures

Prior experience of working within a Windows environment

Managing deployment and roll-out projects
