An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and driven IT Support Engineer to join a global technology company who provide IT solutions for some of the biggest names in the IT and financial services sector.
The role will be based in their Devon office in a fun and friendly working environment.
As IT Support Engineer, you will be supporting IT and System implementations across the UK and US offices. You will provide administrative support for hardware, software, networks, user management, telephony and server systems.
As IT Support Engineer your key responsibilities will include supporting the introduction of applications/migration of systems along with upgrades and remedial work and providing onsite IT support. You will test new systems to ensure correct functionality and accuracy, administer cyber essentials and security policy changes, manage outsourced helpdesk tickets, ensure compliance with software licencing and ensure IT documentation is maintained. You will also support the onboarding/offboarding process and provide user training, support and advice on the introduction of new applications and processes.
The ideal candidate will have a background in IT including experience of IT Systems administration (desktop and server management), knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory Services, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Cloud based services (AWS, back up solutions and applications) and networking. You will have great communication and organisational skills and enjoy building relationships.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £35,000 per annum + great benefits.
