A highly successful, global sports brand are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their IT team based in Chessington.
As the IT Support Engineer you will provide support to the company’s European side of the business, you will utilise your varied skill set to manage and support desktop, telephony, server, print and network based resources and software.
As IT Support Engineer your key responsibilities will include providing a professional and responsive helpdesk service; troubleshooting and resolving problems and creating and administering users accounts, mailboxes and licences. You will build and support hardware and software environments including laptops, MacBooks, servers, printers, networking and peripherals and establish excellent internal and external stakeholder relationships.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience within IT, providing hardware and software support and troubleshooting. You will have working experience supporting cloud IP telephony, Veritas Backup Exec, troubleshooting TCP/IP networking issues, Office 365, OS X, Windows Server in VMware, Active Directory and Azure.
The role would suit a self-motivated, personable, friendly IT Support Engineer, IT Support Analyst, 2nd Line Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer.
The salary on offer is up to £40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience.
