An established and successful business is looking for a passionate Technical Support Engineer (2nd line) to be part of a small IT team based in the Beeston area, Nottinghamshire (commutable from Leicestershire, Derbyshire and parts of Lincolnshire).

The successful candidate will be the escalation point for the first-line team to provide 2nd line (both remote and deskside) support for approximately 460 users across multiple sites, covering both hardware and software queries.

In order to be suitable for this position you will have experience working in a Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst, IT Support Technician or similar role with proven 1st & 2nd line technical support experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge including Windows OS, Active Directory, O365, hardware & general networking.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role as part of the company's growth plans. This Technical Support Engineer role is paying a basic salary of £27,700 plus benefits including pension, life assurance (x4 salary) and 23 days holiday.
