A multinational financial services firm is looking for a personable IT Support Engineer to join its team, based in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT within a small high-performance team, you will provide 1st – 3rd line support for all system and user issues.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Windows Server 2016, Exchange and Active Directory. In addition to this, Windows 7/10 and Office experience are prerequisites while a working knowledge of troubleshooting Cisco network issues would be advantageous to your application. In this varied role you will gain exposure to PowerShell scripting, SQL database management and Veeam.
