This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a well established IT consultancy in the High Wycombe Area. This will be working on their customer-focused busy IT service desk providing remote & telephone support. This role is paying up to £30,000 and offers excellent career development & training opportunities.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote & deskside IT support. This will include supporting, managing, troubleshooting, installing & maintaining various IT hardware and software systems.
Technical skills will include:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Office 365, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange & SharePoint
- Windows 10
- Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
- Basic networking
