Working in a busy support team, you will be supporting a wide range of customers across the UK. Joining a team of 20 within a successful managed service provider, you will support your colleagues on the 1st and 2nd line with Active Directory, Microsoft Systems Infrastructure, and Network 3rd line problems through to resolution.
The company encourages the team to go on training courses and rewards the achievement of qualifications. You will be working with large loyal retail customers that have been supported by the company for years.
You will work well in a team and be used to a high volume of complex and technical challenges, seeing each through to resolution.
Technical environments include Microsoft estates, supporting Windows 7/8/10, Office 365, Exchange online and Azure AD. Some customers use OSX desktops so any knowledge in this area would be helpful.
The work environment varies, based on customer requirements, you will be able to work in a hybrid capacity, from home, the office or customer site.
