A progressive financial services firm are looking for a driven Junior IT Support Engineer to join their internal IT Team and play and essential role in keeping the business running on a day to day basis. They are looking for a enthusiastic individual who can help deliver 1st and 2nd line customer support who ideally has 6 months experience. This is a hybrid role working both from the office and home.
Responsibilities:
- To deliver IT Support to a varied user base of over 700 users.
- To configure and support a variety of IT hardware around the firm.
- To help with new starter inductions
- Become a super user and train others on company applications
- Adhere to IT processes and daily tasks
Skills:
- Good understanding of Windows 10, Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging
- Understanding of Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
