Due to continued growth & expansion, my client has a newly created role for an IT Support Engineer to join their UK IT support team based in the Doncaster area of South Yorkshire. This role is paying £35,000 and offers flexible hybrid work from home / office split options.
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience providing 2nd & 3rd line user & infrastructure support across a predominantly Microsoft environment.
Technical skills & experience will include working with and supporting:
- Windows Server & Azure
- Office 365
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, Team & OneDrive
- Active Directory &/or Azure AD
- Windows 10
- PC’s, laptops, printers & VoIP
This role is based in the South Doncaster area but is NOT accessible via public transport, so the successful candidate MUST have their own transport.
This role will be working for a European wide organisation with multiple sites, and a wider IT team of circa 30 people. Working in the 2nd / 3rd line support team you will be responsible for BAU user support and infrastructure support, and they will be opportunities to work with the projects team in migrating / installing / rolling out new systems.
