Based in the Egham area with circa 20 years of experience in IT consultancy, my client is going through continued growth & expansion, and have a newly created role for a customer focused IT Support Engineer to join their team. Although my client’s office is in the Egham / Staines area of Surrey, they are offering flexible working from home options. This role is paying between £32,000 - £36,000 + benefits.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded MSP on their senior IT team providing user, network, server, infrastructure, virtualisation, and cloud support & project work.
To be considered for this position you will have solid IT support experience, including installing, configuring, migrating, upgrading, troubleshooting, supporting and maintaining:
- Windows Server / HyperV / Azure
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Office 365 (inc. Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint Online)
- Exchange Server / Exchange Online
- Setting up servers, laptops, PC’s, printers & VoIP
As a Senior Engineer, you will get a chance to mentor and train junior & 1st line members of the IT team.
My client can offer excellent career progression & training, as well as the chance to work with the latest technologies. Although it will be rare, there may be occasions when you need to visit customer sites – therefore a full UK driving license and own transport are essential.
