My client is a well-established UK wide IT consultancy looking for a solid IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd line telephone & remote IT support to a wide customer base across the UK. This role is based in the South Darlington area of North Yorkshire and is paying up to £30,000 + benefits & flexible working from home options.
Due to constant growth and expansion my client has a newly created position for a 2nd line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy and dynamic service desk team.
To be considered for this position you MUST have previous commercial IT experience, ideally working on a busy IT service desk providing telephone & remote support to external customers.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working with and supporting:
- Windows Server / MS Azure
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Exchange Server / Exchange Online
- Office 365
- Windows 10
Employing circa 100 staff across 7 UK wide sites my client can provide excellent training and career progression. In return for hard work and dedication, my client is offering a salary of between £25,000 to £30,000 + pension, healthcare, Perk Box & cycle to work scheme.
As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will be a senior point of escalation for the 1st line team dealing with a range of Microsoft users, servers, networks and cloud platforms.
