A well-established and innovative technology business in the Clean Energy sector is looking for an accomplished Second Line Support Analyst or Infrastructure/IT Support Engineer to join its growing technology department based in Horsham, West Sussex.
Reporting directly to the Head of IT within team of 12, you will maintain and enhance a sizeable technology estate and provide a proactive 2nd/3rd line user support service to circa 450 employees. As a senior member of the team you will help lead on technology projects and develop processes and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of technology services to the business.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a personable Systems Engineer with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Office 365, Windows Server 2016, Active Directory and Hyper-V. Experience with Cisco networking, NetApp SANs and SharePoint would be advantageous to your application but is not essential.
Please note that you will be required to regularly visit another site within a 45 minute drive of Horsham so a full clean driving licence and having your own transport is essential.
