A well-established managed services provider based near Crewe is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join its highly talented team.
In this varied role, you will provide both remote and onsite support, for a variety of clients, and will be dealing with day-to-day issues that arise, providing incident management and providing resolutions on a wide range of hardware and software solutions.
To be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable experience within a similar position and have a thorough understanding of, and experience supporting the following:
- Active Directory/Group policy
- Windows Server
- O365/G-Suite
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware
- Network / Wireless Infrastructure
- VMware and/ or Hyper–V
