A well-established managed services provider is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide client-side support, on an initial 3-month fixed term contract.
In this varied role, you will provide responsible for providing remote and onsite support, for one client during your 3-month term, and will be dealing with day-to-day issues that arise, providing incident management and providing resolutions on a wide range of hardware and software solutions.
To be suitable for this role you must have demonstrable experience within a similar position and have a thorough understanding of, and experience supporting the following:
- Active Directory/Group policy
- Windows Server
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware
- Network / Wireless Infrastructure
- VMware and/ or Hyper–V
