Due to customer demand, my client has a new requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join their service desk in Dorking. The role is paying £32,000 + full & continued training.
Please note – you will need your own transport to get to their site as it is NOT accessible via public transport or in the town centre.
This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy and dynamic IT team providing telephone, remote and occasional onsite support to a wide variety of SME clients throughout the UK, as well as providing internal support to the latest IT infrastructure & hosting systems.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer you will have a solid background with the usual Microsoft stack. This will include:
- Office 365 inc. Exchange Online & SharePoint Online
- Azure Active Directory
- VMWare vSphere
Being a generalist MSP my client also supports businesses using Windows Server, Windows 10, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS), AWS, IBM PowerVM, MS Teams, MS OneDrive, and Veeam backup for which full training will be provided.
My client is a well-established and long-standing IT consultancy going through continued growth and expansion. Supporting circa 250 businesses, they have 4 UK wide offices with this role being based out of the head office in the Dorking area.
