This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Administrator to take a newly created position within a well-established SME firm in the Shalford area of Guildford, Surrey. This role is paying £30,000 - £38,000 + 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension, private medical, and cycle to work scheme.
Working in a small team with another IT Support Engineer and the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day support of circa 150 users across 4 sites.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience in providing user and infrastructure BAU support, as well as project migration, upgrade and, roll-out work.
As an experienced IT Support Analyst, you will have solid skills working with the usual Microsoft stack. This will include:
- Windows Server 2012
- Active Directory
- Exchange Server / Exchange Online
- Office 365
Further experience with VoIP, firewalls, back up solutions and network switches would be highly desirable.
Although this role is predominantly based in Shalford, there will be occasional requirements to travel to further sites in Dunsfold, Windlesham, and Reading there for you MUST have a full UK licence and own transport.
