An impressive market leading business is looking for a personable IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Horsham, Surrey.
Working alongside a team of IT Support Engineers you will provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support to circa 400 users. You will be involved in interesting projects, respond in a timely fashion to helpdesk requests, and provide a wide ranging support service from installing and configuring new devices to assisting with hardware and network connectivity issues.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with proven deskside and remote support experience within a Windows environment. You will have excellent PC troubleshooting and hardware skills alongside proven experience with Office 365, Windows 10, Active Directory and Windows Server. In addition to this, any exposure to SharePoint, SQL and Linux would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
Please note that you will be required to regularly visit another site within a 45 minute drive of Horsham so a full clean driving licence is essential.
