A rapidly growing MSP based in Central London (Charring Cross) are looking for a bright and motivated IT Support Engineer to join them.
You will work to support clients across London proividng a first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving customer system issues including software, hardware and network problems (1st and 2nd line support).
The ideal candidate will have gained circa 12 months experience in a similar IT Support or Service Desk Analyst role, will have a good understanding of ticket management and an understanding of networking principles.
To be suitable, you will have the following relevant experience:
- Experience in a MSP or internal IT Service Desk environment
- A proven working knowledge and experience of network technologies and principles such as VLANS, VPN’s and firewalls
- Good understanding of IT networks including TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Exposure WLAN deployment design and troubleshooting
- Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative both on your own and as part of a team – must be confident to question.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £25,000 plus benefits.
