An energetic technology company, based in Surbiton, are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their fast-growing company. The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day technical support to colleagues in the head office and remote home-based users. The suitable candidate will have a willingness to invest in the company and build relationships.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provision of 1st and 2nd line desktop, network, telephone and server support.
  • Manage weekly vulnerability scanning processes and provide recommendations.
  • Support of remote workers (RDS/Sonicwall remote VPN).
  • Configuring and maintaining equipment i.e. PCs, MAC, printers and laptops.
  • Work on Projects such as system upgrades and improvements.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendors.
Skills:
  • Strong Windows 10 support.
  • TCP/IP understanding.
  • Support IP telephony systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365/Exchange.
