A Soho based entertainment and media business is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global company, providing 1st to 3rd line support to their post-production department in a Mac and Windows environment. You will be supporting users across the UK and Europe with a focus on the following;
- Physical and virtual end-user platforms running Windows and Mac OS
- Hardware support for PC's, laptops, printers, scanners
- Patch management
- Hardware inventory tracking
- Support for Active Directory, Office 365
- Procure hardware and software
- Manage asset database
- Project work - including office/desk moves and upgrades of hardware/software
This Mac and Windows IT Support Engineer role is paying a starting salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits.
To be considered suitable you will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality as well as proven support skills in the following:
- Mac 10.11 - 10.13 / Windows 7/10
- Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM
- Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Networking - troubleshooting of LAN/VLANS/WIFI
- VMWare
