Based out of Finchley, this is the IT managed service provider you were always hoping to work for. Focusing on quality and the customer, they have a robust slate of service contracts that are allowing them to expand further. Moving to newly refurbished offices with room for 45, they are investing to retain staff and deliver innovative technology solutions.
They have Labs for internal training on firewalls and virtualisation and offer paid training to all members of the team to further their IT certifications.
The role is primarily based in the head office providing remote support. Occasionally attendance on-site is required, perhaps one day, every other week.
Consider the role around the 2nd line level, although the boundaries are blurred. You will be tasked with installing and configuring some Windows desktop and Windows servers and supporting an array of common software applications.
Further, you will learn to take on an increasing amount of firewall and VMware related work. Starting with support and maintenance, before learning to resolve more complex issues.
Lead by a young CEO, with ethics and integrity at the forefront of their customer charter, your career will be well looked after as you grow alongside the business.
Communication skills are the key caveat to making an application. You must be able to deliver an exceptional client experience and willingly follow the dynamic of the existing team. You will speak well, be outgoing and understand how to communicate with distressed users.
Salary is in the range of £30,000 to £35,000 but if you feel this is the company for you, and you are looking a little above or below this marker, please do still apply.
