An established MSP with an impressive client portfolio is looking for a talented IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Analyst to join their team based in Central London due to growth.
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing 1st & 2nd line technical support for an established client base. Duties will include creating user accounts, patching network cables, providing hardware support, supporting telephone systems, maintaining security servers, liaising with 3rd parties as well as assisting with ad-hoc projects.
We are looking for a technically minded graduate (IT or related subject) with some helpdesk / service desk experience. It is essential to have good technical knowledge of Windows 7/8/10, MS Office (up to 365) as well as basic networking and IP switching / routing. The ideal candidate will also have a relevant industry certification (ITIL, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or similar), although these are not essential.
