A well-established business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Engineer to join its expanding team. The organisation embraces hybrid working and would require 2 days in the office per week. A valid driving license would be beneficial, as there will be a requirement for travel to other offices once per month.
Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues within a Windows and Mac environment. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting a hybrid Mac and Windows environment paired with a strong knowledge of O365 and Active Directory. Alongside this, you will have a good understanding of Apple Operating Systems such as Mac OS/IOS/OSx.
