An internationally successful and market leading company is looking for a driven IT Support Engineer to join its IT team based in the Enfield area, North London / Hertfordshire borders. The successful candidate will be providing 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line technical support (infrastructure – MS stack) to approximately 230 users, ensuring tickets are resolved within the defined SLAs.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have worked in a Technical IT Support Engineer, Helpdesk Analyst, Service Desk Engineer, Desktop Support Analyst or similar technical role with proven helpdesk / service desk (1st / 2nd line) experience. It is essential to have broad technical knowledge covering Windows 10, Office 365, Azure / AWS and some networking. The ideal candidate will also have some exposure to server administration, Hyper-V / VMware, VoIP and SAN as well as an industry relevant certification such as IT degree, MCP, MCSA, MCSE. ITIL, VCP or similar, however this is not essential.

This is Technical IT Support Engineer role is offering a basic salary of up to £30,000 plus benefits including health cover, 25 days holiday, as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner subsidised onsite.
