A global IT reseller is looking for a versatile Service Desk support professional. You will manage the full Service Desk function including Hardware Builds, Application Installation BAU support and a range of project-based work.
The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for all user issues, manage support calls throughout their life cycle and will be a confident communicator with a broad range of technical experience. In addition to a background in Windows Support, experience of Virtual Desktops, ideally Citrix XenApp, Microsoft SCCM and VMware would be highly advantageous.
