This is a newly created position for a confident & outgoing IT Support Engineer to join an MSP in a customer facing BAU support field role. This role is paying £30,000 and will cover customer sites across Greater London.
My client is a long established and growing MSP in the heart of Surrey, and they require a solid IT Support Engineer / IT Field Engineer to spend their time at customer sites providing onsite BAU IT support, building laptops / PC’s, and getting involved with small scale projects.
You will spend circa 3 days a week at customer sites in London and circa 2 days a week working from home, with occasional visits to the head office in Guildford.
To be considered for this position you will have several years experience in IT support, ideally at 2nd line level, and ideally in a customer focused position / multi-site company.
As an experienced IT Support Engineer you will have solid experience with:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- Building & setting up PC’s, laptops, printers & VoIP
- Various antivirus & backup solutions
If you are an experienced IT Support Analyst who enjoys onsite deskside support and customer interaction this would be an excellent opportunity for you. My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and thus can provide as much formal MS training & certifications for you as you wish to undertake.
