A highly successful professional service firm is looking for a personable and articulate IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. Please note this is an office based role so you will work on-site 5 days per week.
Working as an integral part of a high-performance team, you will provide 1st, 2nd and some 3rd line support for all system and user issues across multiple sites. You will also contribute to interesting and exciting technology projects so excellent problem solving skills are a prerequisite.
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST be an accomplished IT Support Analyst with demonstrable expertise supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows 11. Experience with SharePoint and writing basic scripts would also be advantageous to your application.
