A rapidly growing organisation is looking for a personable, articulate and analytical IT Support Analyst to join its sizeable team based in Colindale, North London.
In this standalone role you will operate and maintain computer systems as well as the servers’ internal and email network. You will serve as the first point of contact for IT support within the organisation, providing an exceptional 1st-3rd line support service to the wider business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and server network systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of the internal server is maintained at all times.
