A highly successful multinational business is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in Stoke. Please note that this role is fully office-based.
As an IT Support Analyst, you will work as an integral part of an 8 person IT Team to deliver a proactive 1st to 3rd line support service for all user and system issues within a Microsoft environment.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills coupled with prior commercial experience in an IT support role and proven experience with Office 365, Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualisation and networking. Experience with hardware and software support would also be advantageous to your application.
