A well-established organisation is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in Stockport. Please note that this role is fully office-based and some additional travel to other sites may also be required.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will work as an integral part of a team of 7 engineers to deliver a proactive 1st and 2nd line support service for all user and system issues. As the role will involve taking incoming calls, resolving tickets, managing requests and escalating incidents, excellent communication skills are a key requirement.
The successful candidate will possess prior commercial experience in an IT role and will have proven experience with Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365. Experience with Azure, Windows Server and hardware support would be advantageous to your application.
