IT Support Engineer / Service Desk Analyst - Insurance , Aldgate London
* Initial 12 month fixed term contract. Salary up to £42,000 plus bonus, 10% pension and 25 days holiday. This is a hybrid role with the need to be in the office 1-2 days a week*
A global insurance company based in Central London is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join the team providing 1st and 2nd line support to internal users. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and friendly company who are going through a period of growth.
Duties will include:
- 1st/2nd line IT support
- Citrix support
- Hardware support (laptops, printers etc.)
- Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office 365
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience in either a Desktop Support or IT Service Desk Analyst role along with a background in 1st/2nd line support experience within a Windows environment.
