Based in the North Devon area of Barnstaple, my client has an urgent requirement for an experienced IT Support Analyst to provide end user & infrastructure support. This role is paying up to £30,000 + 25 days holiday.

To be considered for this position you will have previous experience in supporting the usual Microsoft stack of systems. This will include:

Windows Server & Active Directory
Office 365
Exchange Server /Exchange Online
Windows 10
Network switches, routers & firewalls
PC’s, laptops, tablets, printers & VoIP

Working in a small IT team you will be responsible for 2^nd line support across all users and the infrastructure network. You will get involved with BAU support as well as project work giving you exposure to the latest technologies.

PLEASE NOTE – the successful candidate will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure check.

Based in Barnstaple my client has onsite parking facilities and is also accessible from the local train station.
