IT Support Analyst

A well-established architectural firm is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in Central London. The organisation embraces hybrid working and would allow you to work from home 3 days per week.
 
You would join the IT solutions team and play an integral part in evolving the company’s digital platforms and be responsible for providing technical support from 1st-3rd line for all system and user issues.
 
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility, you MUST be a consummate communicator with demonstrable expertise in the administration and support of Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory. In addition to this you will have a strong understanding of network troubleshooting. Any experience supporting cloud-based solutions would be advantageous to your application.
