An opening for a experience IT Support analyst to join one of the UK's leading accountancy and business advisory firms. This dynamic company are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will help to deliver 1st and 2nd line support both face to face and remotely. This position will be sat within the IT escalation team and also have the opportunity to work on IT projects and procurement.
This role will be based at the Romford office with hybrid working available from home and the office.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Delivery of IT support to a user base of 700 users
Configuration and support of a variety of hardware
Support of new starter inductions and provision of training to users
Skills required to perform the role:
Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging
Experience within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory and Exchange
