An opening for an experienced Field Engineer is now available at one of the UK's leading accountancy and business advisory firms. This dynamic company are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who will help to deliver 1st and 2nd line support. This is a brand-new role and will look after all desktop hardware at sites, ensuring all desks are working correctly and efficiently.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Rotated visits to the company's sites (not including the Central London offices).
Configuration and support of a variety of IT hardware around the firm.
To adhere to IT processes and daily tasks
To assist in projects and additional tasks as required
Skills required to perform the role:
Excellent working knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and desktop/laptop imaging
Experience within a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Active Directory/Azure Active Directory and Exchange
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support
