An industry-leading IT consultancy firm based in Bedfordshire is looking to add a Service Desk Analyst to its growing IT helpdesk team. This role is paying a salary of £23,000 based on experience plus benefits. My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and will provide official MS training & certifications.
Day to day duties will include:
- Receiving, logging, processing and monitoring tickets received into our IT Service Desk.
- Providing 1st line support across Microsoft technologies including Office 365, Windows OS and Active Directory
To be considered suitable you will need to have strong customer service skills and a passion for providing IT support. Previous 1st line IT support experience is also required and any relevant certifications would be seen as advantageous.
