This is an urgent 3 month (with possible 3 month extension) contract requirement for an experienced 2nd Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join a leading IT consultancy in the Bedfordshire area of Hitchin. This contract is paying £255p/d inside IR35 and requires an immediate start.
Please note – the successful candidate will need to undergo a Basic DBS check.
The ideal candidate for this contract will have a decent background in IT Service Desk work providing telephone & remote support.
As an experienced IT Support Analyst you will ideally have experience with:
- Active Directory & Azure AD
- Office 365 – inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint
- Windows 10
- Windows Server 2012 & 2016
- MS InTune
- Setting up PC’s, laptops, printers, mobiles, tablets
- Ticketing / ITSM tools & remote access tools
Working on a busy IT Helpdesk you will work across 3 shifts – early (7:00 am - 4:00 pm), mid (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) and late (10:00 am - 7:00 pm), as well as working 1 weekend every 8 months.
This contract is paying £255 per day inside IR35, and is an initial 3 month contract with a possible 3 month extension.
My client is in the Shefford area of Bedfordshire and within driving distance of Hitchin, Bedford, Luton, Stevenage, Biggleswade and Royston. Although this role is office based, you will need your own transport as they are not accessible via public transport.
