A well-established membership association is looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its technology team on an initial 6-month contract. The contract is paying up to £22 per hour inside of IR35. The organisation is based in Central London and embraces hybrid working, you will be required onsite 2/3 days per week.
Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows 10, Active Directory and Office 365. In addition to this, prior experience of working on a busy IT helpdesk would be advantageous to your application.
