A well-established multinational firm is looking for a personable and driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team, based in the Docklands area of London.

Working as an integral part of a sizeable global technology team, you will provide 1^st and 2^nd line support for all user and system issues, within a hybrid cloud infrastructure environment.

In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365, while experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Azure, Intune, SharePoint and troubleshooting IT hardware issues would be advantageous to your application.
