This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to take a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position with an MSP in Central London. This role is paying £25,000 and offers flexible hybrid work from home & office options.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote and onsite 1st line user support.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly personality, a passion for IT, and a keen desire to progress their career and learn more/new technologies.
Although this role is a 12 month FTC there is the possibility that this role will be further extended.
Technical skills will include:
- Windows 10
- Office 365 (inc. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive & SharePoint)
- Active Directory
- Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
- Basic networking
