Based in the South Darlington area of North Yorkshire my client is a well-established and highly reputable IT firm. Due to constant growth and expansion my client has a newly created position for a 1st line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy and dynamic team.
To be considered for this position you will ideally have some commercial IT experience, ideally working on an IT service desk providing telephone & remote support to a wide user base. My client would also be happy to consider a recent IT graduate with a passion for IT support.
The ideal candidate will have some experience working with and supporting:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Call logging & remote access tools
- Setting up PC’s, laptops, printers, mobiles & wifi
Employing circa 100 staff across 7 UK wide sites my client can provide excellent training and career progression. In return for hard work and dedication, my client is offering a salary of £22,000 + pension, healthcare, Perk Box & cycle to work scheme.
