A well-established business is looking for a talented, self-motivated and values-driven IT Support Analyst to join its expanding team based in Uxbridge, West London. Please note that you’ll be required to work in Cardiff approximately one day per week (fully expensed).
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management, monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure across multiple sites. The main duties include administration of on-prem servers, network devices and cloud-based solutions as well as assisting the helpdesk team with complex technical issues.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished 2nd and 3rd line technical support engineer with proven experience of supporting Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory and networks (routers and switches). Experience with FortiGate Firewalls and VoIP Telephony would be advantageous to your application but is by no means essential.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire for excellence, a logical approach to problem-solving and the ability to prioritise tasks. You must be a team player with excellent customer service skills, an enthusiastic approach, with a “can do” attitude. You should also have proven written and verbal communication skills and a dedication to continually updating your knowledge.
