Working as an integral part of a team of engineers you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for all system and user issues. Consummate communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be expected to provide a first-class user experience at all times.
In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST have demonstrable expertise supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and MS Teams. In addition to this, a secure understanding of networking and ITIL would be advantageous to your application.
