A well-established business is looking for an accomplished IT Support Analyst to join its large IT team, based near Manchester. The firm embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home 3 days per week if you would like to.

In order to be suitable for this role, you MUST be a personable IT Support Analyst with proven 2^nd and 3^rd line user and systems support experience, including demonstrable expertise with Windows Server, Active Directory and Office 365. In addition to this, a good understanding of networking is essential, while previous experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure), SQL and Intune would be advantageous to your application.
