Supporting 700 PCs, a range of Macs and Windows systems, you will be responsible for frontline IT technical support across this 200 user environment, part of a larger organisation supporting over 1000 employees. The role is a hybrid between helpdesk and 2nd line desk side support, so a strong understanding of service principles is required, ideally with an ITIL qualification. You must have solid Office 365 knowledge and Windows 10 support experience.
In addition to user support, you will be involved in the roll out of new software, systems installation and deployment, system audits and system upgrades.

To be considered for this role, you must have an IT or engineering degree / HND / Microsoft qualification or a strong track record of experience as an IT support technician.
