Due to continued growth & expansion, my client has a newly created IT Helpdesk Analyst position based in the High Wycombe office. This role is paying £25,000 - £28,000 + benefits.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience providing telephone, remote & deskside IT support. This will include supporting, managing, troubleshooting, installing & maintaining various IT hardware and software systems.
Technical skills will include:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Setting up PC’s, laptops & printers
- Basic networking
- Call-logging & remote access tools
This role will be office based working a Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:00pm shift. You will receive excellent training and mentoring and be given the chance to work with the latest Azure cloud technologies across a wide variety of SME customers.
