My client is a long-established IT consultancy going through continued growth and expansion. They have a newly created requirement for a confident & outgoing IT Helpdesk Analyst. Although the office is in the Egham / Staines area, my client is happy to offer flexible working from home options. This role is paying up to £26,000 + benefits.
To be considered for this position you will have previous experience working on an IT Service Desk providing telephone & remote support. This will include working with and supporting:
- Windows 10
- Office 365
- Active Directory
- Ticketing & remote access tools
- Setting up PC’s, laptops, printers & basic networks
