To be considered for this position you will either have an IT degree / industry qualifications or previous experience providing deskside or service desk support.

- Call logging & remote access tools
My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner and thus will provide formal MS training & certifications to all staff. You will be providing telephone & remote support to a wide range of SME business via a busy & dynamic service desk.
